Since the Zimbabwe Republic Police does not operate in a vacuum, such schemes go a long way in complementing their efforts of trying to rid society of crime. While crime cannot be completely eradicated, curbing crime has proved to be a mammoth task the world over, hence the incorporation of the business community in fighting crime would go a long way in moulding a society that most of us envy for, a crime free environment.<\/p>\n<p>The business community is conscious that a crime-free society is ideal for their prosperity. There are so many ways through which they have played a part in fighting crime.<\/p>\n<p>The involvement of the business community in fighting crime has yielded tangible positive results. Notably, there has been a great percentage of reduction of store breaking, robbery, theft, fraud and other criminal cases that used to be a headache to business persons.
